Because treatment outcomes can vary between individuals, we do not offer refunds for completed treatments, including (but not limited to):

• Cryotherapy services
Once a treatment has been performed, the clinical time, products and expertise have been used and therefore cannot be refunded.
If you experience an unexpected reaction or complication, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can provide appropriate clinical support.
2. Pre‑Paid Treatments and Packages
Payments made for treatment packages, courses or pre‑paid sessions are non‑refundable.
If you are unable to complete a package for medical reasons, we may offer credit towards alternative treatments, subject to clinical suitability and at our discretion.
3. Appointment Deposits and Cancellations
To secure your appointment, a deposit may be required. Deposits are:
• Non‑refundable if you cancel with less than the required notice period
• Transferable if you reschedule within the permitted timeframe

4. Retail Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used skincare or medical‑grade products.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase, provided they are in their original condition.

If, during your consultation, you are deemed not clinically suitable for a treatment, any deposit paid may be:
• Refunded, or
• Transferred to another suitable treatment
This will be discussed with you during your appointment.
6. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are:

• Non‑transferable
• Valid only until the expiry date stated
They may be used towards any eligible treatment or product.
